For the third year running Gillingham Town Council have given the Chamber of Commerce the privilege of hosting this year’s Festive Light Switch On Event.

Join us on the evening of Saturday 7th December for our Festive Light Switch on with an exciting new theme – Christmas Movies.

Santa Parade

Watch as Santa leads the lantern parade on the back of a Steam Engine! Followed by a parade of local children showing off their lanterns. The parade is scheduled to start at 18:30

Visit Santa Claus

Come and see Santa at Gillingham Town meadow from 17:00 – 18:00. Watch him turn on the lights and then come and see him afterwards 19:00 – 20:00

Festive Light Switch On

Gather round and countdown as a community as a special guest turns on the lights around town. Approx 18:35
